Am I required to download the dialer? |

You have your option to download a dialer to your desktop or use our dialer directly from our website.
For the desktop dialer, a download is necessary. You may download from our home page from the 'Download' link. After the download is finished, the software will install itself on your desktop.
Below is a list of system requirements.
- Internet access with an Internet Service Provider (ISP).
- Windows 95/98/98SE/NT/2000/ME/XP operating system.
- Pentium 166 MHz processor or higher.
- 32 MB of RAM or better.
- Full-duplex sound card.
- Microphone & speakers, or headset.
- 28.8 kbps modem or better.
Note: The software is not compatible with Macintosh and Linux operating systems, only Windows operating systems. |

Can I call a cell phone from pc? |

Can I call from any country to country in the world? |

Yes, theoretically 1ClickTel will work from country to any country. Local governmental regulations may block pc to phone transmission. |

Could I use my pin in 3 computers at the same time? |

Does the pc to phone work with a Macintosh? |

You can¡¯t use 1ClickTel dialer, but you can use the free dialer from Xten , available free here

How do I enter a phone number correctly? |

To place a pc to phone call, enter the country code then area code and phone number WITHOUT any spaces or hyphens.
For example - 442331234567
44 is the country code, 233 is the area code, and 1234567 is the phone number |

How good is the call quality? |
| |
Voice quality is very good if not excellent. A lot can depend on your internet connection. If you have and internet connection of 56k and higher, you should expect a good call quality. |

How to download dialer? |

You can download dialer at ¡°Download¡± section at 1ClickTel.com. However you can only use our dialer once you have an active account with us. |

I don't remember my account number and pin? |

The account and pin is stored (if you choose) in the dialer itself under ACC/PIN. If you forget or lose the PIN number, it cannot be retrieved. Please send email to support@1clicktel.com |

I thought 1ClickTel was free? |

It is for registered members holding an account and calls another registered member. IP phones are the best way to take advantage of free calling. |

What are my computer systems requirements? |

In order for PC-to-Phone calls to work properly, you need to make sure that your system satisfies the following requirements:
Internet access with an Internet Service Provider (ISP). 28.8 kbps connection or higher recommended.
Windows 95/98/98SE/NT/2000/ME/XP operating system.
Pentium 166 MHz processor or higher.
32 MB of RAM or better.
Full-duplex sound card (recommended).
Microphone & speakers, or headset.
To get maximum voice quality we recommend using computer headset/handset with a built-in microphone. You should be able to buy headset/handset in your local computer store.

Are there any hidden or extra charges? |

No, our service is Prepaid and there are no monthly fees or hidden charges. The rates you view on our website are preset into the dialer. |

Can I change my pin? |

Yes. It is possible to change your pin. Send all the contact information used to purchase your account including your current account and pin number to support@1ClickTel.com . You pin will be changed by our customer service department within 24 hours. You will be notified by email of the change. |

Can I recharge an account? |

Yes. A 1ClickTel account number will stay with you. Simply choose 'Recharge my Existing Account' on 1ClickTel website. You can recharge $5, $10, $20, $25, $50 or $100. |

How is my Account/PIN billed? |

Your calling account is billed according to our calling rate table, in one minute increments.
A timer is displayed on the dialer during a call that you make to help remind you of the length of your call. |

How long is a pc to phone account valid? |

How to enter a phone number into the dialer. |
| |
The dialer remembers the last 5 numbers you have called and that way it's very easy to call frequently called numbers.
You can also adjust volume of your microphone and speakers on the dialer interface. It's important that you don't have the volume of your microphone and speakers adjusted too loud, because that could cause distortion and feedback.
When inserting phone numbers into the dialer interface, make sure that you don't use international calling prefixes like "011" or "00", otherwise your calls will not go through. Simply enter country code and phone number (area code also if applicable).
Example:
To make a call to 123456789 in the United Kingdom, you would enter 44123456789 in the calling window. When a phone number starts with "0", you need to omit the zero. For an example to call 0123456789 in the UK, you would dial 44123456789. |

Recharging my account information. |

Recharging is only allowed to those who hold a non expired account and pin.
Recharging must be made in $5, $10, $20, $25, $50 or $100 purchases.
Recharged accounts still need confirmation, so recharge will not take place in real time. |

What does account and PIN mean? |
| |
You calling account will come to you as a 12 digit account number and a 6 digit PIN numbers. The combination of these two numbers allows you to make 1ClickTel phone calls. |

I didn¡¯t¡¯ receive the account/pin? |
| |
Once an order is received, a representative will try to confirm your contact information electronically. If additional confirmation is needed, a sales representative will contact you via phone to confirm the order.
If you have not seen your account with 48 hours, please contact sales. Provide an order number with your inquiry. |

"Account does not support destination" |
| |
The phone number that the user tried to call has been restricted from our service. This means the local PTT is blocking all pc to phone service into the area.

"Account in Use [103]" |
| |
Make sure that you are not currently connected on a pc-phone call or that some who knows your account / pin is not currently using the service. Accounts can not be used simultaneously. |

"Audio Channel cannot be established" |
| |
No response from the Voice Router. It could be due to the internet traffic is congested so the connection times out. Shut down all currently running programs other than the dialer or try again later when the connection improves. |
|
"Destination not supported or invalid" |
| |
The number that the user tried to call might be invalid. Please try to make an IDD (regular telephone) call to the number. |
|
"Gateway busy [xxx,205]" |
| |
The call cannot be terminated to the PSTN (public) line. It could be that the circuits are full. Try again later. If problem still persist, try to make an IDD (regular phone) call to the number. |
|
"Gateway error [xxx,299]" |
| |
The gateway could be down. Please wait for 10 - 15 mins and try your call again. |
|
"Insufficient balance or Account Expired" |
| |
The account and pin supplied either does not have enough funding to complete the call or has expired. All accounts and pins expire 6 months after their initial use. |

"Unknown Gatekeeper Error [299, 900f]" |
| |
The Account has expired. |
|
"Unknown Gatekeeper Error [299, 9023]" |
| |
Make sure that the correct Account and PIN has been entered correctly else it cannot be authenticated by our server. No spaces or hyphens in accounts, pins or phone numbers. Be sure to note the difference between the number one, (1) and the letter L, (l) and the number zero (0) and the letter O, (O). |

'Cannot Connect to Server' |

This error means you are using an out dated version of our dialer. Please download the newest version of our dialer from http://www.1ClickTel.com |

I keep getting an error number display |

Be sure you have entered the phone number correctly beginning with country code then area code then phone number without any punctuation or spaces between the numbers. For example call the USA would be entered 14154442222.
Secondly, try the phone number from a land line regular telephone. The line may be down temporarily so the pc to phone call can not be completed as well. |

ISDN 31 : no connection available |
| |
This error shows when you have entered the phone number incorrectly. For example, if dialing the USA from another country you may typically enter 001 and the phone number with your land line phone, but with 1ClickTel you only enter 1 and the phone number. So instead of 0015551212, you would enter 15551212 as the number you call.

Not Authorized to make a call (Permission Denied) |

1. Make sure that you inserted correct Account & Pin number.
2. Check your account balance to see if you have sufficient funds on your account.
3. Please make sure that you have not inserted a zero in front of the country code or area code, when you are making a phone call. Please don't use international access codes like "011" or "00" when dialing.

Where on your site can I find my account balance? |

The account balance is always listed under CALL LOG. Click this button you will be able to see the most recent calls and the destination of those calls. |

Are the rates fractions of a cent, or dollar |

The rates you see on 1ClickTel.com are listed at USD to the dollar. For example, .033 USD would mean 3.3 cents per minute. Another example would be .029 which would equal 2.9 cents per minute. |

How does 1ClickTel charge their user is it per minute and does they charge them as soon we get connected to it although we have not even get into contact with the person on the phone? |

How is each call billed to my account? |

Calls are billed in 1 minute increments. So for an example if you make a call to USA and talk for 8 minutes and 40 seconds, then your calling account will be billed for 9 minutes (9 x $2.9). |
